Proceedings:

1. Mike volunteered to convert the ER Diagram from Access to PostgreSQL. It has now been decided that Mike will be the DBA in the team.

2. Matt then went over the sections that needed to be done in iteration 2.

3. It was decided that a dump of the existing database would also be taken and sent to all members so that the project could be locally replicated to facilitate development

4. Tat demonstrated the parts he had coded for Chairman selection.

Proceedings:

The team met to review the tasks for the 3rd iteration. Parts were discussed and handed out by Matt and then the team did a brainstorm on how to improve the security, make the presentation of the site better and conducting JUnit and Selenium tests.

Matt gave a demonstration of how Selenium works to the team. Also JUnit was tried by the entire team and how to generate test cases was discussed.

A discussion followed on how the UI would be designed and how best the user could see only the areas he was concerned with. It was decided to come up with checks and also provide a faculty search dropdown which would allow the user to see what committees he is currently a part of.

It was decided that the following needed to be completed too besides the code to present the project in a timely manner.

- Class diagrams
- SSDs
- Final review post on Ears blog
- Simple JUnit test cases
- Selenium test case
- Javadoc comments
